** How much do your services cost?
There are no upfront costs. We charge a percentage of total proceeds of 35%.
There are rare extraordinary situations that require a higher percentage.
Working on a percentage means we work diligently to sell at the best price for your items.

** How do I prepare?
Meet with us before you get rid of anything!
Most items can be sold regardless of the condition and sometimes very valuable items are amongst them.
Simply remove items you want to keep; We do the rest, we will arrange, price and conduct the sale.
You can also assign a room for furniture or items that you are not able to remove from the premises before the sale.
Or items can be covered and/or marked 'NFS' {Not For Sale}
** What happens to the unsold items?
You remain the owner and may retain any of the unsold items you do not want to get rid of after the sale.
The remaining items are donated to charity.
** How much time does it take?
It depends on the scope of the sale. Preparation can generally take a few days
…And ‘sale days’ are usually for 2 to 3 days.
We can do an 'Appointment Only' sale if requested or due to H.O.A. rules.
We will give you an estimate of the time needed when we meet for a complimentary consultation.
